I love starting the day with a smoothie, but I often find myself resorting to toast or something less nutritious and full of carbs not long after so satisfy the rumbling tummy. I tried this wee gem to bulk out my favourite fresh flavour of the moment- blueberries- to make a satisfying and filling smoothie that would keep the tank full.
Here’s to a quick and easy way to start the weekend right!
-1 Large Handful Frozen Blueberries
-1 Large Banana
-1 Large Handful Muesli (or No-Grainola to make it Paleo)
-1 heaped tablespoon almonds
-Coconut Water to desired thickness
-A sprinkle of Chia Seeds
-A splash of Coconut cream and sprinkling of muesli and berries to serve
