7 Days of Smoothies: 1 Cacavo Smoothie

Welcome to the new and improved omBlog! It’s been a while in the making but now you can finally check me out at omblog.co and omblog.co.nz! To celebrate this week I’ll be posting seven days of smoothies!

SEVEN DAYS OF SMOOTHIES: Day 1- Cacavo Smoothie

MAKES: Two large glasses or three small

INGREDIENTS:
-3 ripe bananas
-1/2 avocado
-4 tablespoons raw cacao powder
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-Agave to taste
-almond milk to taste
-chia seeds and cacao nibs to garnish

METHOD:
-Blend bananas and avocado until smooth
-Add in cacao and blend again
-Add in almond milk and vanilla extract, and optional agave to sweeten
-Blend, blend, blend!
-Pour, garnish and add a cute straw (like this awesome reusable glass one!)
