Who did you miss off your Easter Egg list this year? If you’re like me then you know the feeling of forgetting someone when all the shops are shut! Never fear! You can make these little treats in ten minutes flat with leftovers from your pantry!
MAKES: 18 small eggs
TIME: 10 minutes (or 20 minutes if you’re a perfectionist and want to decorate)
-1 cup + 3 tablespoons desiccated coconut
-1/2 cup cacao
-2 tablespoons coconut sugar
-4 1/2 tablespoons coconut oil
-1 tablespoon agave
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla
-Optional chocolate to decorate
– Blend everything
-Take a spoonful of the mixture and mould into a small egg
-Place on a tray with baking paper
-Freeze for a few minutes as you prepare decorations
-Melt chocolate to dip macaroons in
