Who ever said ice-cream wasn’t suitable pre-workout?

This delicious berry soft serve ice-cream takes only a handful of ingredients, and as many seconds to prepare- it even passes the kids test! I gave Mr 11 a teaspoon to taste it… and by the time I had finished cleaning up my blender there was hardly any left for me!

Serves: 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Frozen Banana

1- 1 1/2 cups Frozen Berries

2 scoops Sculpt Protein Powder

2-3 Tablespoons Coconut Water, as needed

 

METHOD:

1. Blend banana and berries together at high speed until smooth.

2. Add protein powder and blend on lowest setting until incorporated.

3. Add coconut water little by little, as needed to smoothen the texture.

4. Enjoy as is or pipe into cones or cups!
