2- Focus on the now

Another thing I am guilty of- spending too much time in the future. Don’t panic about things that haven’t happened yet or things you can’t change. If you can, then yes, prepare, but don’t devote your life to thinking and worrying about uncertain events in the future.

We can’t predict the future, so why bother trying? By spending so much time focussed on the future we forget to enjoy the present along with all the gifts, growth and learning it has to offer.

Try to spend just one day not worrying about the future and see how much better you feel.
